The bike travels,
not you
Two ways to hand the bike over without waiting around for it. Drop it with us yourself, or let us collect it and bring it back when it is done.
Which suits you better?
Both routes get the same workshop and the same technicians. The difference is only who does the driving.
Pick-up & delivery
We come to your address, collect the bike, take it back to the workshop and return it when the work is done. Best for bigger jobs, suspension rebuilds and anything that needs the bike overnight.
- Free for Apollo Beach residents
- $3.25 per mile, one way, outside those two
- $25 base appointment, 30 minutes
Drop it off yourself
Bring the bike to us, book a collection time, and we will call you when it is ready. Best if you are passing anyway, or if the bike is already in the car.
- No travel fee at all
- Book a drop-off slot
- Same pricing as a mobile service, minus the operations fee
Pick-up & delivery
Not in a rush? No problem. We send a technician to collect your bike from your home or another location of your choice.
Apollo Beach
Pick-up and delivery is free for residents of Apollo Beach. Nothing to pay for the collection or the return trip.
$3.25 per mile
Standard rates apply to residents outside Apollo Beach, charged one way rather than for the round trip.
$25 · 30 minutes
The base pick-up or delivery appointment. Service work on the bike is quoted separately, at the same prices as a mobile visit.
Book a collection slot
Pick a window, give us the address, and tell us roughly what the bike needs. If you are not sure, book a 360 diagnostic with it.
We quote before we start
Once the bike is with us you get the full quote — labour and any parts — before a single wrench is turned.
It comes back ready to ride
Delivered back to the same address, with the component inspection and estimated lifespans in hand.
Drop it off yourself
Booking a slot means someone is there to take the bike, log the job with you and answer questions before it goes on the stand.
What to bring
- The bike, obviously — and the key if it has a lock or a battery lock
- Any parts you have bought yourself that you want fitted
- The charger, if the job involves the drive system
- A short note on what the bike is doing wrong, and when it does it

Collecting your bike
Once your bike is ready we will let you know, and the first seven days of storage are free. From day 8 a daily storage fee applies, backdated to the first day:
- Standard bikes, e-bikes, ElliptiGO$8 / day
- Recumbents, trikes, StreetStrider$12 / day
Bikes left with us for more than 30 days are treated as abandoned. If you need longer, call us before day 8 and we will work something out.
Changing or cancelling
Cancellations and changes need 48 hours' notice, counted in calendar hours — so a Monday morning appointment needs to be changed by the preceding Thursday.
Inside that window, and for no-shows, the deposit is not refunded.
Your deposit is a part payment, not a booking fee. It comes straight off the final invoice. If we find something the estimate could not account for, the final invoice can come to more than the quote, and we will tell you before we carry on.
GOOD TO KNOW
Before you hand it over
Do I pay the operations fee on a drop-off?
No. The $6.25 per mile operations fee only applies when we bring the full mobile workshop to you. Drop-offs carry no travel fee, and pick-up and delivery is charged separately at $3.25 per mile one way, or free within Apollo Beach and Ruskin.
How long will the bike be with you?
It depends on the job and on parts availability. Every service on the mobile menu lists its working time, and you get a full quote with an expected turnaround before we start. Suspension rebuilds and full drivetrain installations are the jobs most likely to need the bike overnight.
Are parts included in the price?
No. Unless it is stated in a written estimate, all quoted service prices refer to labour only. Cables, housing, brake pads, drivetrain components and protection kits are billed separately and always quoted before we fit them.
Can I bring my own parts for you to fit?
Yes, and it is worth knowing what that means before you do. We offer no warranty, guarantee or liability of any kind on parts, components, accessories or fluids we did not supply ourselves.
Beyond that, if a customer-supplied or third-party item is installed, paired or mixed with our labour, all warranties on the entire bicycle are permanently voided — not only on that part, and not only on the system it connects to.
If a part turns out to be incorrect, damaged or incompatible once we are into the job, the standard evaluation fee applies on top of any labour already done. The full clause is in our terms and conditions.
What if you find something else wrong?
We stop and call you. Nothing outside what you booked gets done without your say-so. If the extra work is worth doing alongside a tune-up, it usually qualifies for the tune-up discount.
How long can the bike stay once it is ready?
Seven days, free. We will let you know as soon as the work is finished.
From day 8 a daily storage fee applies and is backdated to the first day: $8 a day for standard bikes, e-bikes and ElliptiGO, or $12 a day for recumbents, trikes and StreetStrider. After 30 days the bike is treated as abandoned.
If you need longer than a week, call us before day 8 and we will work something out.
Can you work on a bike you did not sell?
Yes. Almost everything we service was bought somewhere else. On e-bikes we are dealer authorized for Bosch, Shimano, SRAM, Fazua, TQ and Mahle, so diagnostics and firmware are run with real manufacturer keys regardless of where the bike came from.
