We come to you,
within 25 miles
Standard, e-bike and recumbent servicing, suspension work, assembly and specialty installs — all carried out at your home or place of work, on a time you choose.
What you pay, and why
The service price
Flat-rate labor, listed against every service below. Parts are quoted separately and never rolled in without telling you.
The operations fee
Calculated from the nearest dispatch point at $6.25 per mile, starting at $55. It covers getting the full workshop to your door.
Cancelling at the door
The operations fee is incurred the moment a technician is dispatched, so it stands even if the bike turns out to be unrepairable, unsafe to work on, or you decide against the quoted price after we arrive.
If you cancel while the technician is already at your address, both the operations fee and an evaluation fee apply. The evaluation fee covers the technician's time and on-site assessment, and varies by bike type. Both are due immediately and are non-refundable.
Changing or cancelling
Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice to keep your deposit, counted in business hours rather than calendar hours. A no-show, or any change inside that window, forfeits the deposit.
Your deposit is a part payment and comes off the final invoice. If we find something the estimate could not account for, the final total can come to more, and we will tell you before carrying on. Full detail is in our terms and conditions.
Pick a service, pick a time
Assembly services
Bought a new bike? Is it a “75% build”? We dismantle past the factory build percentage to inspect for anything the manufacturer should cover — and in most cases they will cover the service charge if it is reported immediately.
Standard services
Non-motorized bikes. Road, gravel, mountain, hybrid and kids’ bikes.
E-bike services
Dealer authorized on Bosch, Shimano, SRAM, Fazua, TQ and Mahle. Diagnostics and firmware run with real manufacturer keys, at your door.
Six drive systems, real keys for each
Firmware updates, diagnostics, security pairing and electronic drivetrain tuning — carried out with manufacturer tools rather than guesswork.
Instant system updates, diagnostic readouts and security features that link you to your bike. Maintenance printouts available.
Electronic shifting programmed and tuned, firmware kept current, and E-Tube settings configured to how you actually ride.
Wireless drivetrain setup, pairing and tuning, with the shift logic set up the way you want it.
Drive unit diagnostics, firmware and support settings for the lightweight Fazua systems.
Harmonic drive systems checked, updated and configured, including display and remote pairing.
SmartBike system diagnostics, firmware and app pairing for Mahle-equipped bikes.
Recumbent services
Longer chain runs, more wheels, different geometry. Priced and timed for the extra work it actually takes.

No vague “full service”. This is the list every tune-up runs through, and it is the same list whether we are at your door or in your neighborhood.

Not sure what it needs?
